John Charles Brown was born on August 7, 1961 in El Paso, TX to James Brown and Clara Louise Klingkamer Brown (Horneck). He left this earth on Saturday, July 11, 2020 following a courageous Cancer battle.

John was preceded in death by his father, James Brown and brother, Richard James Brown.

John moved to Kansas from Tucson over 30 years ago beginning his career in furniture repair and restoration at Levitz furniture and then moving to Fuhr's furniture. After the sad closing of Fuhr's, John moved his passion of repair and restoration to starting his own remodeling business, Restoration by JB.

Growing up, John lived next door to a baseball field where his lifelong passion of baseball began. John played Little League baseball and continuing his baseball passion in the Men's Senior Baseball League (MSBL). During his baseball career he and his teammates earned 6 MSLB World Series championships. He was an avid Kansas City Royals and Kansas City Chiefs fan. Hardly missing a game.

John's personality attracted so many with his compassion for others. He never met a stranger. He will be missed by so many.
