John Michael Owen, 26, of Gardner, KS passed away February 18, 2016. John was born February 25, 1989 in Kansas City, Kansas to Patricia Ronan and Mark Orwick. John is survived by his mother, Patricia and step-father Kevin Ronan, father, Mark Orwick, brother, James David Orwick, sister, Brittney Nicole Orwick, grandmothers, Margaret Owen and Jean Orwick, aunt, Shirley Vestal, many other aunts, uncles, family and friends. John was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Donald Ray Carriger, and David lee Orwick.

A Visitation is set for 5:00 - 8:00 PM, Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas 66203. A Mass of Resurrection is set for 11:00 AM, Monday, February 22, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church 11311 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas 66203.
