John R. Sheeley, 83, of Lenexa, Kansas passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2017. John was born November 10, 1933 in Baldwin City, Kansas to Rockford and Retta Sheeley. John is survived by his wife, Pauline, sons, Larry (Carla), and Ron (Teri) Sheeley, sisters, Emma Matile, Susan Groves, five grandchildren, Katie, David, Hannah, Jonathan, Matthew, and one great-grandchild, Halle. John was preceded in death by his parents.

Services

A Visitation is set for 9:30 ~ 10:30 AM, Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Shawnee, 11400 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, Kansas 66203 with a Funeral Service immediately following at 10:30 AM also at the church. Burial will take place at Toronto Cemetery in Toronto, Kansas.
