Johnna Raye Gilbert

Johnna Raye Gilbert, 47, Shawnee, Kansas, passed away Friday, March 12, 2010.

Johnna was born August 5, 1962 in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a member of Ink'd Girls. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Pearson and sister, Linda Kusich and her father, Robert Martin. Survivors include her husband, Tim Gilbert; mother, Doris Jackson; two daughters, Arminta Gast, and Sundaye Mitchell; five sisters, Grace Rice, Kelly Sue Allejo, Eleanor Brooks, Jayme Studer and Kimberly Johnson; granddaughters, Katarina, Jillian, Kyra, Raven, Reena and Hailey; other family members including Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Gilbert, Tina and Mark Terpering, Charles and Shannon Young and Liesl Todd and her pets, who meant very much to her, Pewter, Cole, Maya, Inca, George and Sam.

Memorial contributions may be made to either the March of Dimes or the American Cancer Society.

Memorial Visitation

Memorial visitation will be 7-9 pm, Thursday, March 18, 2010, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee.
