Juanita Kirk, 94 of Merriam, KS passed away Friday, February 19, 2021.

Juanita was born August 3, 1926 to the late John and Helen Earhart in Bolivar, MO. She worked as a cashier with JCPenny's for over 20 years.  She loved watching gameshows and doing crossword puzzles and was still doing them until three months ago.  She loved her snack box that was always on her table and when it was getting low, she would tell you "Just ask Shannon."  In July of 2019 Juanita suffered a fall and moved in with Elaine Kirk Hiatt in Gardner, KS.  She was always grateful for the care and love she received from Elaine and Shannon Boone.  She always said "Thank You" every time she asked someone for help.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Allen Kirk; and son, Gary Kirk and infant daughter, Carolyn Sue.  She is survived by her daughter Vickie Kirk; four grandchildren, Dusty Kirk; Missy Vandenabeele; Courtney Pollard and husband Walter; Ricky Burris and 20 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Resurrection Cemetery.
