Judith "Judy" Deanna Gantt

Judith “Judy” Deanna Gantt, 81, of Kingsville, Missouri died December 8, 2022 at KU Medical Center.

Judy was born on April 3, 1941 to John and Nellie (Rens) Riead in Clinton, Missouri.

Judy was a graduate of Quincy University earning a BA in Art Education and earned a Master degree from Central Missouri University. Judy was a proud Missouri educator for thirty years.  She taught art spending the last 23 years of her career at Cass r-8 School District.  Judy spent her free time oil painting and enjoying her animals.  Judy loved to spend time outdoors going for daily walks at Powell Gardens and at home.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Riead, Nephew Don Riead, Niece Kathy Barber

Survivors include her husband, Mike Gantt; brothers, Alan Riead, Dennis Riead and William Riead and Nephews, Pat Gantt, Steven Riead, Thomas Riead, John Riead, Mike Riead, Tim Riead;  Nieces, Brenna Gantt, Cindy Harmer, Sherry Riead.
