Kathleen Anne Davidson, sunrise on February 9, 1946, sunset on March 29, 2016.

Kathy was a resident of Lenexa, KS and formerly lived in Sedalia, MO where she worked in the offices of several businesses. After she graduated from Shawnee Mission North in 1964, Kathy attended Emporia State. She later earned her Paralegal Certificate from JCCC. This was her entry into the telecommunications industry where she relocated to Denver CO to work for TCI. Later, Kathy retired from AT&T after a career as an IT Project Manager. Kathy was a talented crafter and artist who worked in ceramics and made gorgeous greeting cards and unique paper crafts.

Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Davidson and her mother, Mary Frances (Satterwhite) Davidson.

She leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Robert C. Davidson and his wife, Connie along with two nephews, James Edward Davidson and Jeffrey Scott Davidson. Kathy was close to her loving cousins, Joyce McWilliams, Judy Roberts (Philip), Patti Robertson, Rick Satterwhite (Terri), along with their children and grandchildren.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. April 3, 2016, at the Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.

Memorial Contributions

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Kansas City Hospice House. The family would like to thank Kathy’s care team from Kansas City Hospice House for their loving care in the last days of her life. They made a positive difference.
