Kathleen Thompson-Rausch

Kathy Thompson-Rausch, 53, Olathe, KS passed away Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014 at the Olathe Hospice House, Olathe, KS.

Kathy was born Feb. 16, 1961 in Kansas City, MO to Joseph Patrick and Rosemary Glynn. She was a graduate of Bishop Miege High School and Emporia State University. She was employed with Sprint for many years. Kathy was a loving mother and will be missed greatly.

Kathy was preceded in death by her father and step-father, Dale VanLerberg. Survivors include her two daughters, Amanda (Chris) Hamker and Meghan Rausch; two sons, Dale Thompson and Joseph Rausch; mother, Rosemary VanLerberg; three sisters, Susan Hemberger, Marsha Callahan and Patty Glynn; brother, Joseph Glynn; grandson, William Hamker and many other family and friends.

Memorial services will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2 at the Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be 6-7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
