Keith Alan Crabaugh

October 5, 1965 — August 29, 2021

Keith Alan Crabaugh, 55, of Overland Park, KS passed away Sunday, August 29th, 2021 at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission.

Keith was born in Kansas City, Kansas on October 5, 1965 to Marvin and Phyllis Crabaugh. He attended Shawnee Mission North High School. Keith worked manual labor at different jobs. His adventurous lifestyle took him to Arizona where he loved working outside, moving cactus for golf courses. Many of Keith’s friends from childhood remained so into his adult life. Keith loved to fish and going to the lake with his mom and Leon. We all know Keith as a risk taker, no fear. This eventually slowed him down when he broke his back after jumping off a cliff in the Salt River in Arizona. In middle age he contracted Weagner’s disease, which later resulted in him being placed on dialysis, and also affected his heart. Keith trudged thru life, never complaining, making the best of a bad deal. He was always optimistic! As the pain from his back increased as he aged, with his back deteriorating, the pain became unbearable. Keith always had the support of his family. Living with his brother, Mitch the last year.

Keith is survived by his parents, Marvin Crabaugh and Phyllis Sell; two brother Dean Crabaugh and Mitch Crabaugh and two nieces, Jessica and Karly Crabaugh.
