In Loving Memory of Kurtis Bradford Vaughn "Brad" (March 10, 1979 - May 24, 2024)

With heavy hearts and cherished memories, we bid farewell to our son, brother and friend, Brad Vaughn, who passed away at the age of 45 after bravely battling a long-term illness. Born in Warner Robins, GA, Brad's journey through life took him to many places, but his heart always belonged to Memphis, Tennessee.

Brad's life was filled with a love for Rock N Roll music, with a playlist mix of wild guitar riffs from bands like Kiss and AC/DC to the powerful, unstoppable energy of Tina Turner.

When he wasn't headbanging to his favorite tunes, you could find Brad lost in the pages of a captivating book, battling foes in gaming realms, immersed in a thrilling horror movie, or embracing the excitement of WWE Monday Night Wrestling.

From his days as a gifted child praised by teachers to his high school cross country running adventures, Brad's spirit always shone bright. But perhaps what truly set Brad apart was his incredible talent for making people laugh - his wit and humor were infectious, leaving a smile on the faces of all who knew him.

Despite his preference for animals over people, his family and friends held a special place in his heart.

He was a beloved son to Blayne Vaughn (bonus mother Robin) and mother Terri Vaughn. Brother to Melissa Vaughn, Melissa Seiler (Kyle), Maddison Waters (Joche), and Garrison Wood.

A celebration of Brad's life will be held in the near future, where family and friends can come together to remember and honor the memory of a man who touched so many hearts. In his departure, Brad leaves behind a melody of memories that will continue to rock on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Rest in peace, Brad - you are forever loved.
