Larry E. Lusher, 72, passed away on August 18, 2017 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's. Larry was born August 6, 1945 in Kansas City, Missouri to Harold and Lois Lusher. Larry retired after a long career spanning many decades with Capital Electric. He was a proud member of IBEW Local #124. Most of all he was a loving family man. Larry was a huge advocate for dog rescue.  One of Larry's favorite hobbies was cars; whether it was collecting, racing, or tinkering with them.  Larry is survived by his wife, AnnaMarie, children; Tom (Dolores) Lusher, Angie (Steve) Siedlik, Tracy Lusher, Andrew (Elizabeth) Lusher, Kathleen (Brandon) Corbin, sisters, Sandra (Don) Landis, and Betty Haimann, nine grandchildren: Andrea, Stefanie, Amy, Lyndy, Cayden, Lois, Bentley, Violet, Janie, and seven great-grandchildren. Larry was preceded in death by his parents.

A Visitation is set for 6:00 ~ 8:00 PM, Thursday, August 24, 2017 at Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, Kansas 66203.
