Linda "Ruby" A. Dunn

Linda Dunn (aka Ruby) 74 of Shawnee, Kansas passed away peacefully on Monday, December 18, 2023.

She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, friend, grandma and great grandma.

Linda was born October 25,1949 to Paul and Doris Hutting in Lansing, Michigan. She was a lifelong Kansas City Resident and graduated from Shawnee Mission West in 1967. Linda worked for over 25 years at Hallmark Cards in Kansas City, where she met her husband Keith of 44 years.

Linda is survived by her husband Keith Dunn of the home; son, Jake Smith, and wife Kelly (Winters, Tx); Granddaughters Taylor and Marley Smith, Jennie and Zoe Dunn and Grandson Steve Dunn; great grandchildren, Lilah and Lucas Bullock and Sophia and Kaythie Dunn

Brother, Dick Hutting, and wife Henri (Circleville, KS); brother, Bill Hutting (Ozawkie, KS); sister Cindy Hutting (Kansas City, MO); nieces and nephews: Melanie Reser and husband Doug; Paul Hutting, Cole Hutting; great nieces and nephews; Bronc, Dali, Colt and Roan Reser, Mathias and Lydia Hutting

She is also survived by her best friend of 49 years, Georgann Hishaw,(Kansas City, MO) whom she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul, and Doris Hutting; sister, Tina Hutting; Daughter, Aiyana Smith; son Toby Smith and stepson, Brian Dunn.

She was loved and cared for by so many and we miss her dearly.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28, from 11:00am-12:00pm at Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Dr. Shawnee, KS, with a funeral service to immediately follow.
