Louis Edward Sax

Louis "Lou" Edward Sax, 81, of Shawnee, KS passed away on March 2, 2016 at Sharon Lane Nursing Home.

He was married to Betty J. Parkinson Sax for 59 long and happy years. Louis was a veteran of the US Army, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He retired from General Motors after 32 years. He was a member of UAW.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather (PePa). He left his family with many memories and will be missed "forever".

Louis was preceded in death by his brother, Alvin Sax and sister Bernice Sax.

Survivors include; his wife Betty Sax, children Dale Sax, Cindy Keith (Randy), Duane Sax (Denise), Caren Corneliusen (John), grandchildren; Dustin Keith, Shannon Fitzgerald, Lindsay Sax, Alison Dombrowski, Brian Sax, Kelli Sax, Kylie Corneliusen, Hunter Corneliusen, Great grandchildren; Grant Fitzgerald, and Maisy Keith, sisters; Marcella Holloway, Emily Schroeder, Erma Hicks, and Many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.

Visitation will be at the Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive Shawnee, KS Friday, March 4, from 6-8 p.m. Burial will be at St Mary's Church, Altus, Arkansas.
