Eva Louise Saucerman, 91, of Shawnee, KS passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Shawnee Gardens Nursing and Rehab.

Louise was born August 1, 1923 to the late John and Gertrude Flynn in Argentine, Kansas. She also lived in Turner, Kansas before settling in Shawnee. Louise was a former member of St. John the Evangelist and served on St. John's Altar Society, the W.I.B.C. and was active at Turner Grade School. She is a current member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Shawnee.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband Glenn in 1980, longtime friend and companion Thomas Elwood in 2012, and a sister, Margaret Provyn in 1979. She is survived by a brother, John Flynn, son, Michael Saucerman and wife Beverly; a daughter, Cheryl Bunce and husband Gerald , 3 grandchildren, Mark Saucerman, Jennifer Wawiorka, Cristy Reynolds and 6 great grandchildren.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30 at the Amos Family Funeral Home, where a rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Shawnee.
