Manuel "Butch" S Perez, age 63, passed away March 21, 2013, at his residence in Pinole, California.
Manuel was born May 25, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri, to Manuel and Olivia Perez. Manuel was a Program Director for the Kansas City Missouri Health Department.
Manuel is survived by his loving mother, Olivia, son, Claudio Manuel Perez, sister, Virginia Bernal (Robert), brothers; William Perez (Beverly) and Michael Perez (Jacqueline). Manuel is preceded in death by his father.
A Celebration of Life has been scheduled from 4:00 - 6:00 PM, Sunday April 7, 2013 at the Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas 66203.
