Margaret A. Hall

August 27, 1921 — July 3, 2010

Margaret A. Hall, 88, of Westwood, Kansas, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2010.

She was born August 27, 1921 in Kansas City, Missouri, to Thomas J. and Minnie Eda (Hughes) Hall. She graduated from Rosedale High School and then attended Kansas City Business College. She worked for Sinclair Oil Company for 40 years as an Executive Secretary and belonged to the ARCO Retirement Club. Margaret was a life time member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church in Shawnee, where she taught Sunday school and had many other duties. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed growing roses. She was also an avid Royals and KU fan.

Margaret was preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas and John Hall. She is survived by her nephews, Richard and Harry Hall and her grandniece and great-nephew Danielle and Joshua Hall.

She will be remembered by her family and many friends for her generosity and kindness.

Memorial contributions in Margaret's memory may be made to Reformed Presbyterian Church of Shawnee, 6835 Pflumm Road, Shawnee, Kansas 66216.

Visitation and Funeral Service

A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 6, 2010, from 9:30 to 11:00 am, followed by a service at 11:00 am all at Reformed Presbyterian Church of Shawnee. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri.
