Marilyn A. Garrett (Nan-Naw), 76, passed away on November 23, 2014. She was born February 21, 1938, in Pilot Grove, Missouri, to Lilburn and Margaret Kimberling. Marilyn worked for Shawnee Mission Medical Center for over 47 years as a LPN.

Marilyn is survived by daughter, Debra A. Garrett, son, James K. (Rhonda) Garrett, brother, Allen (Linda) Kimberling, grandchildren; Nicholette (Jason) Morgan, Tandra (Jesse) Howard, Mariah (Alec Sweeney) Blake, Brystal (Anthony) Crane, Bradley (Ashley) Garrett, Brandon Garrett, great-grandchildren; Leighton Garrett and Everly Morgan, and her two fur babies, Scruffy and Dottie. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents and husband James.

Services

A Visitation has been scheduled for 11:00 - 12:00 PM, Monday, December 1, 2014, at the Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, Kansas 66203 with a Funeral Service immediately following at 12:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
