Marilyn Faye Kohlmeyer

Marilyn Faye Kohlmeyer, 83, of Lenexa, KS passed away on January 5, 2018. Marilyn was born July 20, 1934 in Otwell, Indiana to Maycel and Marialice Tate.

Marilyn is survived by her son, Carl (Teresa) Kohlmeyer, three grandchildren, Vanessa Faye Kohlmeyer, Holley Anne Brunswick, and Anne Marie Kohlmeyer, one great-granddaughter, Chloe Rose Backus. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William, son, Rodney Edward Kohlmeyer.

Marilyn was an avid Chief's fan, loved bridge, domino’s, golf, bowling, square dancing and her wire haired fox terriers. She was an avid patron of the theaters and arts.

A Visitation is set for 10 ~ 11 AM, Friday Jan. 12, 2018 at Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Dr., Shawnee, KS 66203 with a funeral service at 11 AM, Friday, Jan. 12, 2018 at the funeral home. Burial at Lenexa Cemetery.
