Marina R. Cordero "Mona", 84, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away on April 29, 2016. Marina was born March 9, 1932 in Kansas City, Kansas to Vincent and Maria Cordero. Marina is survived by her sister, Juanita (Anthony) Diaz, numerous nieces and nephews, two great-nieces, Lily Arellano "Chula", Maria Arellano "Nanie", her loving cats; Lewis, Molly Wiggins, Gracie Princess and Suri. Marina was preceded in death by her parents, sisters; Conception, Guadalupe and Maria, brothers; Felix, Simon, John, Vincent and Ernest.

Services

A Visitation is set for 6:00 ~ 8:00 PM, Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive Shawnee, KS 66203. A Mass of Christian Burial is set for 12:30 PM, Friday, May 6, 2016 at St. Agnes Catholic Church 5250 Mission Road Roeland Park, Kansas 66205. Burial will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Kansas City, Kansas.
