Marion Joann Morgan, 82, of Raytown, MO passed away Friday, November 28, 2014, from complications of Alzheimer's disease.

Marion was born in Winfield, KS to Sybil and Earl Birdsey. She played violin in the Kansas City Civic Orchestra for over 30 years, was active in Blue Ridge Presbyterian Church since joining in 1960, was an avid gardener, bird watcher, and supporter of her children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Morgan, and her parents. She is survived by her sister Betty Birdsey, her daughter Debbi and son-in-law Frank Whitchurch; daughter Beth Morgan, and daughter Paige Morgan and son-in-law Conrad Alexander. She is also survived by her five grand-dogs, Blaze, Squirt, Oliver, Gus and Saffy.

Memorial Services

Services will be held Monday, December 1 at 11am at Blue Ridge Presbyterian Church, 6429 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, Mo. 64133.
