Marjorie June Masters

Marjorie (Marge) June Masters, 94, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away November 6th, 2022.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 8th, 2022 at the Amos Family Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held at Fort Scott National Cemetery where Marge will be laid to rest with her husband Gene.

Marge was born December 2nd, 1927 in Pleasanton, Kansas to John and Ruth Arnold. Marge was united in marriage to Gene Masters on June 30 1950. They had 2 children Drew and Kathi. They enjoyed square dancing, traveling in their motor home and their beloved miniature schnauzers Greta Garbo and Heidi Jo. She also loved reading, completing crossword puzzles and watching KU basketball. She was so excited when they won the national championship this year. She was lovingly known as Nanny by her grand and great grandkids.

Marge is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Gene; and her brother Maurice Arnold. She is survived by her son Andrew (Drew) Masters Jr. (Cindy); her daughter Kathi Lazenby; grandchildren Peter Masters; Brandin Lazenby (Stacey); Shannon Farage (Chet) and Rachel Masters. And her great grandchildren Haylie Buck (Jonas), Rylie Farage, Dylan Lazenby, Owen Farage, Katelin Farage, Xander Lazenby, Evan Farage, Kinley Farage and Luke Farage; and a brother Marvin  Arnold (Donna).
