Mark Powers

Mark Powers, 56, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015, at his home in Overland Park, Kansas. He was born March 26 1959, in Shawnee, KS, son of Luella and Gene Powers.

He always found the humor in everything. His contagious smile will be missed by all.

Mark was preceded in death by his father, Gene Powers. He is survived by his Mother, Luella Powers; Tina Powers (soulmate); daughter, Heather Powers (Kyle); sons, Chris Powers and his wife Katricia, Alex Powers and his wife Ivette, Adam (Meghan), Nick, Brandon; seven grandchildren, Mark, Joey, John-Paul, Savannah, Ashlyn, Destiny and Mia; one sister, Tammy Rieke and her husband Jerry and many extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 14 at the Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
