Marlene M. Kelley

Marlene M. Kelley, 69, of Overland Park, passed away Friday, December 12, 2008, at Garden Terrace of Overland Park.

Mrs. Kelley was born August 3, 1939, to the late James C. and Margaret Kelley in Parsons, Kansas. Marlene graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in education. She was a librarian at Cure of Ars Catholic School for over 20 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Ramond Kelley, of the home, a daughter, Paula Thurman and her husband Mark, and a son, Dwain Kelley and his wife Pam. Five grandchildren and one great grandson also survive her.

The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Antioch Church of the Nazarene.

Visitation and Funeral Services

Burial will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, December 16, 2008, at Mound Valley Cemetery in Parsons, Kansas. Visitation will be 6:15 to 7 p.m. Thursday, December 18, with a memorial service to follow at the Antioch Church of the Nazarene in Overland Park, Kansas.
