Mary C. Allen, 86, of Gardner, Kansas, passed away December 29, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband Norman Allen, Jr. She is survived by her son Lawrence Allen (Barb), daughter Peggy Henritz, five grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
Mary was an avid gardener and enjoyed her family immensely.
A visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at the Amos Family Funeral Home & Crematory. Private family interment will be held Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1100 Pensylvania Ave. Kansas City, Missouri 64105.
