Mary Viola Taylor

Mary Viola Taylor (Stoaks), 85, of Shawnee, KS passed away Tuesday April 24, 2018.  Mary was born in Monterey Park, California on June 4th, 1932.  Mary was an author, artist, gardener, cook, singer, daycare provider, wife and mother.  Mary married Dan Taylor on June 16th, 1953.  Survivors include 8 children, 18 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 5 siblings.  Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Dan; son, Stephen; granddaughter, Coleen; and 4 siblings.

Visitation will be Saturday 10:00 a.m. April 28, 2018.  Funeral service immediately following at 11:00 a.m.  Both will be held at Overland Park Church, 6801 W. 74th St., Overland Park, KS 66204.
