Melvin K. Tripkos, 94, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017. Melvin was born September 14, 1922 in De Soto, Kansas to Earl and Lula Tripkos. He was a WWII Veteran. He is survived by his children; Ken (Debbie) Tripkos, Paula (Sam) Buckley, Gina (Doug) Brock, step children; Cathy (Bobby) Mayweather, Vici (Dennis) Simmons, nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren. Melvin was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Anna in 2010, sister, Frances Speers, and brother, Virgil Tripkos.

Burial will take place 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Oak lawn Memorial Gardens in Olathe, Kansas.
