Michael A. Grant

Michael A. Grant, 66, passed away on June 6, 2023 at the Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, MO.

Michael was born on September 21, 1956 to Creighton and Norma (Allison) Grant in Roswell, New Mexico.

He joined the Navy straight out of high school and worked as an Electrical Engineer in both that, and the United States Railroad system.

He married Daisy May Woodruff, adopting her son, Robert, as his own, before having another son, Michael.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Daisy. He is survived by his children, Robert and Michael, as well as his grandchild, Hailey, and two great grandchildren, Joshua and Elizabeth.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Amos Family Funeral Home on Saturday, July 15th at 2 p.m. For those wishing to make donations in honor of Michael, please do so to the Kansas City Hospice House.
