Michael Paul Jarratt

Michael Paul Jarratt, 68, Gardner, KS passed away Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018 at the Olathe Hospice House.

Michael was born April 14, 1950 in Kansas City, KS to James Paul and Eileen Marie Jarratt. He was a 1968 graduate of Wyandotte High School and earn his BS degree at Pittsburg State University. Michael was an Eagle Scout, lifetime rider in the MS-150, enjoyed traveling around the world and spending time with his family.  Michael enjoyed a long career as a draftsman in the engineering trade.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his brother, Jack (Sandy) Jarratt, Kansas City, KS; children, Clay Jarratt, Kansas City, KS, Kristin (Josh) Jordan, Overland Park, KS, Chad Jarratt, Kansas City, KS and Caleb (Harmony) Jarratt, Olathe, KS; three grandchildren, Kyler and Keagan Jordan and Canaan Jarratt.

Visitation will be 9-10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1 at the Amos Family Funeral Home. Burial in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Kansas City, KS.

Memorial contributions may be made to Greater Kansas City Chinese Christian Church, Sunset Hills Christian Church or the Mid America Chapter of the MS Society.
