Michael Christopher Johnson, 21, of Shawnee, KS formerly of St. Charles, Illinois passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at his home. Michael was born December 25, 1999, to Paul and Dawn Johnson in Geneva, Illinois.
He was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and enjoyed watching baseball and sports with his family. Michael graduated from St. Charles East High School in St. Charles, Illinois in 2018. He worked as a cashier at Walmart in western Shawnee.
Michael is survived by his loving parents, Paul, and Dawn (Cornelius) Johnson; maternal grandparents, Donald, and Darlene (Upward) Cornelius; sisters, Lauren Johnson; Erin Johnson; brothers, Charles Johnson, and Colin Johnson. Michael is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charles Johnson, Jr., and Anne (Seech) Johnson.
