Michael Robert Schneider

Michael R. Schneider, 58, of Shawnee, KS, passed away on November 1st, 2018. He was born on December 31st, 1959 in Kansas City, MO to Frank and Dorothy Schneider.  Mike graduated from De Soto High School. He attended Emporia State University with a double major in premed and music. Mike learned his trade of drywall through the family business. He was a very talented musician accompanying his guitar and singing with his beautiful voice. Michael is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his son, Kyle Schneider; sister, Linda Schneider; brother, Frank Schneider; sister, Barbara Hughes; sister, Elizabeth Schmidt; and brother, Bill Schneider.

Visitation will be held at Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, KS, 66203 on Saturday, November 10th from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A memorial service will immediately follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will take place at Green Lawn Cemetery in Kansas City, MO.
