Monica A. Archuleta, 53, of Shawnee, Ks passed away Friday, July 24, 2020 at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Monica was born February 18, 1967 to Kenneth and Santana Archuleta in Santa Fe, NM.  The family moved to Topeka, KS in 1972 where she attended Topeka West High School In 1983 Monica moved to Shawnee with her family and graduated from Shawnee Mission Northwest in 1985. She attended Johnson County and Penn Valley Community College to study Physical Therapy.  Monica was active with the Girls Scouts during high school where she earned several awards.  Monica worked for Johnson County Mental Health for over 25 years.

Monica is survived by her parents, Kenneth and Anna Archuleta; her sons, Kenneth (Courtney Cleveland-Fiancé) Archuleta-Dorn; Andrew Archuleta-Dorn; a sister Stephanie Archuleta; a brother, Carlos Archuleta; grandson, James Paxton Archuleta-Dorn; three nieces, Alanna, Maya, and Eliza Archuleta.

Services and Contributions
