Myrtle Virginia Jones Olinger Liggett

Myrtle Virginia Liggett, 88, Shawnee, KS passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the Shawnee Gardens Nursing and Rehab Center, Shawnee, KS.

Myrtle was born February 1, 1927 in Bucklin, MO to Charles and Mary (Johnson) Jones, the youngest of eight children. She attended Bucklin High School. Myrtle spent most of her adult life in Kansas City, KS. She was employed with the Tension Envelope Company for many years.

Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents, daughter-in-law, Maureen Olinger and seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her three daughters, Vickie (Phil) Bouldin, Mission, KS, Jackie (Tim) Moore, Lake Placid, FL and Lorri (Kent) Billings, Garden City, MO; two sons, Michael Olinger, Shawnee, KS and Curtis (Lisa) Olinger, Lenexa, KS; ten grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.
