Norbert L. Stump, 73, of Shawnee, passed away Friday, May 8, 2015 at the Kansas City Hospice House. Norbert was born December 22, 1941 to the late Leo and Mary Stump in Goddard, Kansas. He graduated from Kapaun High School in 1960 and began a lifelong career in hairstyling. He moved to Kansas City in 1964 where he worked for numerous salons and established a vast clientele. In 2003, he moved to Phoenix, AZ where he enjoyed the sun and serving as Salon Coordinator of Beauty Brands until retiring in 2011. Norbert is also preceded in death by three brothers, Edward, Leonard and Richard Stump as well as two sisters Doris Lubbers and Leona Conrady. He is survived by his sisters, Marceline Henning, Alberta Kingsley, Eleanor Daffron, Mary Ann Seibold, Kathleen Wilken and Ruth Dexter, and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 11311 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, Kansas.
