Oneta Cusack

Oneta L. Cusack passed away on September 28, 2010, at Overland Park Regional Hospital.

She was born May 24, 1916, in Ewing, Missouri, and spent her childhood in Quincy, Illinois. Following her marriage to Thomas Cusack, she spent her life in the Kansas City area. Her final years were spent well cared for by the gracious people at Shawnee Heartland Assisted Living. In her youth, she worked in the accounting department at Beta Sigma Phi International, a women's business sorority, and later retired from Western Auto's headquarters.

She was preceded in death by her son John Cusack, her sister Leona Wiseman, and brother Leonard Dowling. Her daughter Patricia Charbonneau, and her seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren will miss her.

Graveside Services

A private-family memorial service will be held graveside at Resurrection Cemetery on Monday, October 4, 2010, at 10:00 am.
