Pagelene M. “Page” Keeney

Pagelene M. "Page" Keeney, 74, Shawnee, Kansas, passed away Friday, March 25, 2011, at the Shawnee Mission Medical Center, Merriam, Kansas.

Page was born May 25, 1936, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Joe P. and Nola M. (Ross) Biggers. She was a graduate of the Paseo High School. On December 4, 1954, Page married Jack Keeney in Kansas City, Missouri. Page and her family has lived in the Johnson county area for the past 40 years. She was employed with PBN until retirement in 2009. Page was a member of the Overland Park Christian Church and a member of ABWA.

Page was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Marie Ponce of California. Survivors include her husband, Jack Keeney; two daughters, Jackie Farmer and husband, Jerald, Wichita, Kansas and Mindy Keeney, Shawnee, Kansas; son, Brian Keeney and wife, Kari, Olathe, Kansas; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation and Funeral Service

Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m., Monday, March 28, 2011, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. followed by burial in Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens.
