Patricia Ann Bonne, 81, of Lenexa, KS passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.

Pat was born February 17, 1937 to the late Julias and Lorrain Kaminski in Kansas City, MO.  After earning a master's degree, Pat started her career as a high school teacher.  She retired after 30 years of teaching in various schools including St. Patricks's and Shawnee Mission School District. On August 15, 1970 she married Donald Bonne.

Pat was an active member of Good Shepherd Catholic Parish and had close ties to the Polish community in the Kansas City area.  In her free time, Pat enjoyed quilting and sewing.  She loved giving her handmade treasure's to dear friends and family.  Pat never met a stranger and made friends everywhere she went.  She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, who spent as much time as possible with her family and grandchildren.

Pat was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald on June 26, 2017 and her brother Tom Kaminski.  She is survived by her daughter, Angela Bonne; two grandsons, Travis and Hunter Schmidtbonne and her sister Vickie Kaminski.

Celebration of Life Service

A Celebration of Pat's life will be 3 p.m. Monday, April 9, 2018 at the Amos Family Funeral Home in Shawnee.  Pat will be laid to rest with her husband Donald Bonne at 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 10th at Resurrection Cemetery in Lenexa.
