Patricia Dustin

Patricia Dustin, 83, Laurie, Missouri (formerly of Merriam, Kansas) passed away Thursday, June 3, 2010 at the Laurie Care Center, Laurie, Missouri.

Patricia was born March 17, 1927 in Merriam, Kansas, to David A. and Flora L. (Thoenges) Buckner. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Dustin of Los Angeles, California; her parents; brother, David A. "Bub" Buckner of Mountain Home, Arkansas; and sister, Cecelia Dillbeck, Merriam, Kansas.

Survivors include her sister, Catherine Cornelisse; brother, Franklin D. Buckner and his wife, Shirley all of Laurie, Missouri; and many, many nieces and nephews.

Patricia made it 83 years because of a loving family, especially Catherine Cornelissa and the loving care she received at the Laurie Care Center.

Visitation and Funeral Service

Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m., on Monday, June 7, 2010, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel. Burial in Shawnee Cemetery, Shawnee, Kansas.
