She was born January 15, 1923 in Lincoln, Nebraska, to Clarence and Vinta Penton.
She is survived by her husband John Scott of the home, daughters; Martha Scott of Roeland Park, Kansas and Katherine Rogers of Denver, Colorado; sister Penny Filbert of Nebraska; and grandchildren John and Sarah Rogers of Colorado
