Paul H. Kleinsorge

Paul H. Kleinsorge, 86, Shawnee, KS passed away Jan. 6, 2015 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center, Merriam, KS surrounded by his family.

Paul was born Jan. 26, 1928 in Westphalia, KS to Vincent and Mamie Kleinsorge. On August 7, 1954 Paul married Agnes L. Zawacki in Kansas City, KS. He was employed with CertainTeed for 38 years, retiring in 1990. He was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and sang in the Resurrection Choir.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes, on Oct. 6, 1987, two sisters, Inez Whiles and Edna Fern Schussler and two brothers, Carl and Earl Kleinsorge. Survivors include his two sons, Kurt (Teri) Kleinsorge, Lenexa, KS and Alan (Cindy) Kleinsorge, Olathe, KS; daughter, Paula (Randy) Fields, Greenwood, MO; sister, Ruby Wittman, Overland Park, KS; his special companion, Marcella Willoughby, Overland Park, KS; and six grandchildren, Brittani (Brock) Tiefenbrunn, Sarah Kleinsorge, Kale Kleinsorge, Brandon Fields, Matthew Kleinsorge and Wes Kleinsorge.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Jan 10 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church; entombment in the Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may call from 9-10:00 a.m. Saturday at the church where a rosary recitation will be at 9:45 a.m.
