Paul A. Stout

Paul Stout, 71, of Merriam, Kansas, passed away, Monday, February 20, 2012, at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.

Paul was born in Kansas City, Missouri to Charles and Violet Stout. He was an Army Veteran. He operated A Plus Delivery, LLC with his daughter Nicole Taylor since 2002. He married Margaret Likes on June 3, 1961, in Shawnee, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert. He is survived by his wife Margaret; sons, Stephen (Diana) Stout, of LaCygne, Kansas and Jeffrey Stout, of Shawnee, Kansas; a daughter, Nicole (Doug) Taylor, of Overland Park, Kansas; a brother, Charles R. (Pearl) Stout, of Spring Hill, Kansas; a sister-in-law, Pearl Stout, of Gardner, Kansas; four grandchildren, Megan, Carla, Stephanie, and Brianna and two great grandchildren, Brooke and Ellie.

Visitation will be 12:00-1:30 p.m., Saturday, February 25, 2012, at the Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory. Funeral service will immediately follow at 1:30 p.m. Burial in Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens.
