Phyllis E. Smith, age 84 passed away February 4, 2014 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Phyllis was born June 10, 1929 in Bucyrus, Kansas to Grover C. and Mary E. Hook. Phyllis is survived by her daughters; Denise Smith, Vicki Smith, sons; John, Steve, Phillip, and Larry Schweisberger, sisters; Dorothy, Lois, Rita, and Rose Mary, brother, Glenn, eleven grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.
