Pom Sananikone

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Pom Sananikone, a beloved resident of Kansas City, Kansas. Pom passed away peacefully on August 24, 2024, at the age of 51.

Pom is survived by his cherished children, Remy and Sophie, who were the center of his world. His love for them knew no bounds, and he dedicated his life to providing for and nurturing them.

Pom will be remembered for his kind and gentle spirit, his infectious joy, and his ability to bring laughter to any room. His love and devotion for his family was unmatched. He had a passion for the simple pleasures in life, finding joy in fishing and the camaraderie of watching football. As a lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan, Pom witnessed an incredible era of Chiefs football, cheering them to three Super Bowl victories.

Though Pom's passing leaves an immense void in the lives of those who loved him, his memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering love will continue to shine through in the lives of his children and all those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Rest in peace, dear Pom. Your love and light will never be forgotten.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 30th from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Amos Family Funeral Home.  A funeral service will take place on Saturday at 12:00 pm also at Amos Family Funeral Home.
