Ponesouk Nang Litthong

Ponesouk Nang Litthong, 52, DeSoto, KS passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at the Kansas City Hospice House, Kansas City, MO.
Ponesouk was born Nov. 3, 1961 in Wapekhamtong, Laos. She was a cosmetologist and owned the PS Hair Salon in Shawnee, KS.
Ponesouk was preceded in death by her father, Sipha Litthong and sister, Chitpanya Litthong. Survivors include her daughter, Maxine Vilayleuth; son, Christopher Vilayleuth, both of Olathe, KS; fiancé, James Hart, DeSoto, KS; mother, Syda Litthong, Wichita, KS; two sisters, Vanpraseut Chaithon, Wichita, KS and Lisa Sanoubane, Shawnee, KS; and two brothers, Ponsavanh Litthong, Buckner, MO and Keota Litthong, Liberty, MO.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 21 at the Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
