Ray J. Boldan

Ray J. Boldan, 93, Shawnee, KS passed away Thursday, July 25, 2019 at his home.

Ray was born Jan. 31, 1926 in Weeping Water, NE to Ray C. and Mable E. Boldan. He was a veteran of the US Navy during WWII. On Nov. 4, 1948 Ray married Betty Palmer. He owned and operated Rosse Lithograph Co. until his retirement.

Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Betty in 2013, son, Kirk David Boldan in 2014 and daughter, April Fichtenberg in 2018. He is survived by his two daughters, Chris (Dennis) Barr, Prescott, KS and Jackie Roberts, Shawnee, KS; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 1-2:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 30 at the Amos Family Funeral Home; burial in Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens.
