Rebecca Ann (Garrett) Howard

Rebecca Ann Howard, 83, Stilwell, KS passed away Monday, September 5, 2022 at the Olathe Hospice House, Olathe, KS. Visitation will be 6-8:00 pm Thursday, Sept. 8 at the Amos Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Friday, Sept. 9 at the Overland Park First Assembly of God Church; burial in the Aubry Cemetery, Stilwell, KS. Memorial contributions  may be made to either Overland Park First Assembly of God Church, 7700 W. 75th Street, Overland Park, KS 66204 or Olathe Hospice House, 15310 S. Marion St., Olathe, KS 66061.

Rebecca was born June 28, 1939 to Marion F. and Kathryn L.M. (Narron) Garrett, Sr. She was the youngest of 14 children.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, eight sisters and four brothers. She is survived by her husband, Jerry D. Howard; daughters, Terri (Lee) Jost, Olathe, KS and Lori (Raymond, Jr.) Kalm, Stilwell, KS; son, Jerry D. (Gail) Howard, Louisburg, KS; sister, Barbara Duncan, Joplin, MO; eight grandchildren, Bob Palmer, Elizabeth Jost, Sarah Jost, Meagan (Jake) Wimpey, Tyler (Teal) Howard, Esther (Will) Jost-Mengarelli, Micah (Justin) Heizer, and Garrett Kalm; and two great grandchildren, Edgar Palmer and Karter Hammond.
