Robert August Femec

Robert August Femec, 83, of Merriam, Kansas, passed away February 1, 2009.

Robert is survived by a daughter, Jane Femec and husband Stephen Brown, Overland Park, Kansas; a son, Doug Femec and wife Julie, Victor, New York; four sisters, Anne Gerrick, Lena Pavsek, both of Cleveland, Ohio; Edie Coyne, Bradenton, Florida; and Val Keenan, Bakersfield, California. Five grandchildren also survive him.

Visitation and Funeral Service

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, February 7, 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, February 6, 2009, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee, a Rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m.
