Robert Joseph Groves

Robert Joseph Groves, 65, passed away July 14, 2012, due to an automobile accident.

Robert was born August 27, 1946, to Robert Lee Groves and Nina Greathouse. He was a retired machinist of 38 years from Fairbanks Morse Pump Corp.

He is survived by his loving wife Connie; sons, Rob Groves (Stephanie), Paul Reynolds (Sara), and Tim Reynolds; daughters, Theresa Fasold (Jon), and Linda Foster (Chris); brother Gene Groves (Donnette); and nine grandchildren. Robert was preceded in death by his parents.

A visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 19, 2012, at the Amos Family Funeral Home & Crematory. A memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday July 20, 2012, at the funeral home, with burial following at Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens, Shawnee, Kansas.
