Robert E. Huffman

Robert Earl Huffman, 87, died peacefully Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015. Bob was born in Atchison, KS to Herb and Frances Huffman. Bob worked 33 years for Milgram Food Stores and 10 years for Effingham Coop. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Wilma Jean; children, Peggy (Allen) Fach, Lenexa, KS, Dale (Carol) Huffman, Lawrence, KS, and Bob Huffman, Jr., Kansas City, MO; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sisters, Tillie Testerman, Parkville, MO, Shorty Sumner, Lancaster, KS and sister-in-law, Mary Huffman, Valley Falls, KS.

Visitation will be 5-6 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23 at the Amos Family Funeral Home. Inurnment in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Atchison, KS, 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26.
