Robert Lynn Pittman

Robert Lynn Pittman, 54, of Shawnee, KS, passed away, Friday September 15, 2017 at the family home.

Robert was born on November 20, 1962 in Kansas City, KS to Robert and Marge (Stambaugh) Pittman.  He attended Shawnee Mission North High School.  He enjoyed driving over the road and working in his family business, Pittman Moving and Storage.  His hobbies included driving fast cars, looking at antiques and watching the old westerns.  But most of all he loved being with his kids, grandkids and all his family.

Robert is survived by his mother Marge Pittman-Bryant and husband Mike Bryant, one daughter, Jessica Bartoli and her husband Tommy Bartoli; grandsons Christian and Elijah Bartoli two sons, Ryan Fry; grandson Jameson Fry, Robert Pittman II, his sister Tammy Pittman-Stuhlman and husband Steve Stuhlman, niece Mandy Davidson and husband Casey; great nieces Ava and Payton.  He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Leonard Pittman, grandparents, Garland and Vivian Pittman, grandparents, Carl and Gertrude Stambaugh and many uncles.

A visitation will be held from 5 - 8 p.m., Wednesday at the Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Dr., Shawnee, KS 66203, Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday at the funeral home with the Reverend Will Stambaugh officiating, Funeral Luncheon will take place from 12:00 ~ 4:00 p.m., Thursday at Merriam Community Center, 5701 Merriam Drive, Shawnee Mission, KS 66203.
