Robert F. Scott

Bob Scott, 61, of Shawnee, Kansas passed away March 18, 2009.

Bob was born June 16, 1947 in New York City, New York to Robert and Emily Morris Scott.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and is survived by his wife Cheryl Scott, and by his loving family; Laura, Mark and Jake Hummell of Anthem, Arizona. He is also survived by his sister Roberta (Jim) Hughes of Garland, Texas and her family: Ellen (Jeff) Jekot of Austin, Texas, Kathy (John) Mehan of Azle, Texas, James Hughes of Dallas, Texas, and by his cousin Warren Cartwright and wife Pat of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.

Robert will always be remembered as a wonderful man who accomplished many things in his short life time, and most of all he did it his way.

Memorials in Bob's memory may be made to Old Shawnee Town, c/o the City of Shawnee.

Visitation and Memorial Service

Services will be held Saturday, March 21, 2009 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Shawnee, Kansas with a visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. followed by the Memorial Mass at 11 a.m. Inurnment will take place in the Pleasant View Cemetery Columbarium at a later date.
